The formation of the Northshore Fire Fund enables private citizens or organizations to make tax-deductible contributions. The Northshore Fire Fund works on fundraising and collecting donations to support purchases of equipment and supplies for the Northshore Fire Protection District. There is just not enough funds in their budget to cover the cost of operations and the high costs of continuing to drive improvements in necessary equipment and technology needed to keep Northshore on the leading edge.
